Jeni Anders
President
Food Service Director
Thorndale ISD/Thrall ISD

As director for over 12 years at Thorndale ISD and over 3 years at Thrall ISD, I oversee all operations of the Child Nutrition program. I have been a part of the Thorndale ISD family for 16 years and have more than 30 years of food service experience in the private and public sector. I have been a member of the C.T.S.F.S.D association since 2017 and at this time I am currently holding the President Elect position until July 2023. Then I will move to the President seat in August 2023.
I was raised in Taylor, TX, but have called Thorndale my home for 28 years. I have a wonderful husband and I am the proud mother of 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. I have a passion for my job and love working with people. I know the success of the child nutrition dept. is due to my team and all of their hard work. My love for the child nutrition program is evident in everything I do & I am always trying to motivate employees and campus teams to do their best, provide great customer service and offer high-quality meals for all students at both school districts.

I have been part of Child Nutrition for 26 years. As for being the Director of the Child Nutrition Department at Southside ISD, I am going on 5 years and counting. I was born and raised in Mexico. I have received a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Incarnated Word and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Both of my degrees have helped me fulfil my role as the Director of Child Nutrition for Southside ISD and helped me bring the CEP program to the district and all its students. Some of the associations I am a part of are CTSFSDA, TASN, and TSA to expand my knowledge in the updates and processes of how TDA (Texas Department of Agriculture) runs and regulates the Child Nutrition Programs. Two goals that I have put for myself this year are to fulfil and be as good as I can be in the position of “President Elect” for CTSFSDA and to provide excellent leadership skills for the Child Nutrition Department at Southside ISD. The accomplishment that I am most proud of is that Southside ISD’s Child Nutrition Program received a “Perfect Audit” in March of 2023. When I am not busy running the Child Nutrition Department, some of the hobbies that I have are traveling with my spouse, reading, and gardening. I am a Mother of three wonderful children: two daughters and one son. I also have three grandchildren that I love very much. My love and passion for Child Nutrition motivates me to learn and expand opportunities to bring great quality food to the students of Southside ISD.
Ramona Love
Secretary
Child Nutrition Coordinator
East Central ISD
I have been with ECISD for 17 years, after working 16 years in restaurant management. As the Child Nutrition Coordinator for ECISD, I oversee compliance and operations of our program. I have served several terms on the Texas 20 Advisory board; and have held multiple board member positions of our local TASN association (ECASN). This is my first board position with CTSFSDA.
I have been part of the EC community most of my life. Not only did my siblings and I graduate from ECHS, but I have been a proud parent in the district for over 24 years. I am also the RootEd Rep for ECHS. I love my family, district, community, and Child Nutrition team. I am happy and excited to see all of the changes and growth. Those I serve and the importance of what we provide, make my job fulfilling and enjoyable.

I have over 10 years of Child Nutrition experience. This profession has opened up many opportunities for me in my career path including teaching for TASN and education service centers. I have been involved with CTSFSDA for many years and have served on the board in all capacities, but am currently serving as Treasurer. This organization has contributed to my career growth not only with the many educational resources but also by the networking it provides for all.
